Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free and the price we give you is the price you pay, unless you ask us for extra work.
How quickly can you come out?
Most call-outs are the same day or the next morning. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, every day.
Are your engineers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every engineer holds the licence for their trade, is background checked and is covered by our public liability insurance.
Is the work guaranteed?
All labour is guaranteed for 12 months, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty — often longer.
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or cash when the job is finished. Larger projects are paid in stages agreed up front.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. We use dust sheets and shoe covers, and we take away old parts and packaging.
